Mr. Haugh joins the TESCO management team with 34 years of experience in engineering, project management, senior management, and business development in the water and wastewater industries, specializing in SCADA and process automation. He is an experienced technical and business manager, covering the full spectrum of control and information system services and projects, including master plans, design, systems integration, and construction management.
Richard Haugh is a nationally recognized leader in SCADA and process automation, with broad knowledge of instrumentation, DCS and SCADA systems, communication systems, and networking technologies. He has been the lead engineer and project manager on over $100M of engineering and technology projects. He comes to TESCO from a leading engineering and consulting company specializing in the design and implementation of control and information technology systems for the water and wastewater utility markets. During his tenure, Richard was a client and project manager, responsible for business development and project execution on various controls and communication projects with water utilities in California and Texas.
